Yes, she's anime. The style fit with what I was doing. Was just supposed to be a fun little piece. I rather enjoyed straying from my usual themes for once. My personal favorites are all the brusing...

Watercolor, watercolor pencils, Micron pen, white charcoal and acrylic paint, metallic bits picked out with Liquid Leaf.
